NTA Malta Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 or over and excluding employees of Indigo Television LTD, their families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary, however internet access is required.
  3. Promotion Period: Enter between 11:00 on Friday 20th October 2017 and 23.59 on Monday 1st January 2018.
  4. To Enter: Visit the National Television Awards website, www.nationaltvawards.com/tv-moment, and upload your TV Moment along with your details in the submission form to be entered into the Prize Draw.
  5. Entrants can upload as many TV Moments as they wish before the end of the Promotion Period, but they will only be entered once into the Prize Draw.
  6. Proof of age will be required before the prize is awarded.
  7. All qualifying entrants who submit a TV Moment will be placed in a Prize Draw.
  8. The Prize: The winning entrant will win a five-night break for two to Malta. The prize package comprises of:
    1. A complimentary 5-NIGHT STAY for 2 in a Seaview Suite at The Corinthia St George’s Bay Hotel, with breakfast included;
    2. 2 x complimentary return FLIGHTS from either Gatwick, Manchester or Luton airport to Luqa Airport Malta;
    3. 1 x complimentary return AIRPORT TRANSFER in Malta for 2 people;
    4. 2 x Red Carpet Viewing Tickets to the NTAs with premium seats to watch the show on Tuesday 23rd January 2018; and
    5. A complimentary night stay for 2 at The Corinthia London Hotel on the night of the awards with breakfast included.
  9. Additional Prize details:
    1. Should the prize become unavailable for reasons outside of the Promoters control, a substitute of equal or greater value shall be provided;
    2. The Prize is valid for the winner and one guest;
    3. The winner’s guest must be 18 years or over and meet the requirements set out in clause 1;
    4. The prize must be taken as one package;
    5. The Malta prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and airport, food and drink other than where specified, airport departure or government taxes, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip;
    6. The NTA prize does not include: food and drink other than where specified, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned, travel between the winner’s home and London hotel, travel between the hotel and NTA awards venue, The O2 London; it is the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest to organise their own travel.
    7. The Malta prize is valid for travel during one of the following 2 periods; 1st Feb-1st May 2018 or 30th Sept 2018-30th April 2019. Travel dates are subject to availability. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times;
    8. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives;
    9. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
    10. The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for the trip to Malta for at least 6 months on date of travel; The winners must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs;
    11. The winner must provide 3 weeks’ notice before any preferred departure dates for the trip to Malta; and
    12. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
  10. Winner Selection: One winner will be drawn at random from all entries on Wednesday 3rd January 2018, and for your total confidence, by Promoveritas, the independent verification service.
  11. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted on the email provided in the submission form within 3 days of the Prize Draw and will be required to confirm eligibility plus acceptance within 2 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond within the 2 days of initial contact, we reserve the right to disqualify that winner and select a reserve winner in the same manner. Up to 3 reserve winners may be selected and the permitted response time may be changed.
  12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
  14. The winner’s name can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope with a written request to Malta Draw, Indigo Television, 76 Marylebone High Street, London W1U 5JU within one month after the closing date of the prize draw.
  15. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not properly received due to means beyond our control.
  16. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting a prize.
  17. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Malta Tourism Authority and the Promoter.
  18. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
  19. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk votes, votes by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. 20. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  20. Indigo Television Ltd is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prize is the responsibility of Malta Tourism Authority.
  21. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
